rPLA: recycled PLA from our own print waste
rPET: recycled PET from PET bottles, robust and functional
PETG: impact-resistant, can be transparent, food-safe
ABS / ASA: for mechanically and thermally stressed parts
PP / HDPE: for injection molding and compression molding processes from recycled material
A special focus of our 3D printing service is sustainability. We use recycled plastics such as PLA and PETG and rely on our own recycling processes with shredder and extruder. This allows us to reduce plastic waste while providing high-quality, environmentally friendly 3D printing solutions for our customers.
We work with NGOs to make our own filament from recycled PET bottles. This recycled plastic is already available for the first products such as the marine biology cookie cutter set.
