1. Collection and sorting
The first step in the recycling process is to collect and sort the plastic waste. This is crucial to ensure that the materials can be recycled properly.
2. Cleaning and shredding
After sorting, the plastics are cleaned and shredded. This step is important to remove impurities and prepare the material for further processing.
3. Reuse and manufacture of new products
Finally, the purified plastic is melted and processed into new products. This process is versatile and allows a wide variety of items to be manufactured.

3D printing waste can be shredded and extruded to produce new filament that can be reused in 3D printing.
