How long does production take?
Design preview within 5 business days, after approval 7 to 30 business days depending on quantity. For Christmas orders, we recommend inquiring by early October.
Are sustainable materials possible?
Yes, we exclusively use recycled and bio-based plastics.
What quantities are possible?
Small production runs starting at 10 pieces to large production runs of over 10,000 pieces are no problem for us.
Can promotional items be completely redesigned?
Yes, we develop individual 3D designs specifically for your company based on your briefing, logo and CI specifications.
What do promotional items from a 3D printer cost?
A one-time 3D design creation fee applies (€50-200), after which you pay per item depending on size and quantity. A guideline: 100 giveaways starting at €5 per item. Unlike injection molding, there are no tooling costs, which is why 3D printing is worthwhile even for small quantities. You will receive a binding offer before production starts.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We manufacture from 1 piece, from samples to series of thousands of pieces. You can start with a sample and only then release the series quantity.
Which promotional gifts can be produced using 3D printing?
Almost everything made of plastic: miniatures of your product, logo cookie cutters, trophies and medals, keychains, displays, vases, even large formats up to 1 m³. Send us your idea as a picture or sketch.
How sustainable are 3D-printed promotional items, really?
We print with recycled plastic (e.g., from PET bottles) or biodegradable PLA and produce exclusively in Graz. Our own recycling machines process residual materials back into filament. It remains plastic, but one with a second life and short transport routes.
What do you need from me for a quote?
Logo or image of the idea (JPG, PNG or PDF), approximate quantity, desired date. No 3D knowledge is required.
