Every Christmas baker knows the problem: the holes in the top halves tear or the dough sticks to the mold. Our Linzer cookie cutter solves this with an ejector and plug-in function: cut out, eject, done. This ensures that the top and bottom parts are uniform and the jam sits perfectly in the middle.

Work with well-chilled dough and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thick. Dip the mini cutter briefly in flour before each top piece; this will ensure the design comes out cleanly. Material 🎨
Our cookie cutters are sustainably produced using 3D printing from biodegradable plastic. So-called PLA (polylactide) is used. It consists of ring-closed lactic acid molecules and is biodegradable and optimally food-safe. We use pure plant-based PLA without dyes, so the cookie cutters are transparent.
