Baking Tip for Embossed Designs 👩🍳
Work with chilled shortcrust pastry and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thick. Dip the cutter briefly in flour before each cut to keep Santa's beard and snowflake details clean. For undecorated cookies, simply dust with a little powdered sugar; the embossing provides the decoration.

- It is best to use a recipe with chilled dough that does not rise during baking.

The cookie cutters are 1 cm high, the embossing elements are 0.6 cm. The longest side varies between 5 and 10 cm depending on the motif.
Use and Care 🧼
Sustainable cookie cutters made from biodegradable plastic. Please do not wash above 50 °C! Remove dough residue with a soft brush and soapy water.
Material 🎨
Our cookie cutters are sustainably produced using 3D printing from biodegradable plastic. So-called PLA (polylactide) is used. It consists of ring-closed lactic acid molecules and is biodegradable as well as optimally food-safe. We use purely plant-based PLA without dyes, so the cookie cutters are transparent.
